Air DrawAR Support
Air DrawAR lets you draw in mid-air with your hand. It uses ARKit and on-device hand tracking. Pinch your thumb and index finger together to draw.
Requirements
- An ARKit-capable iPhone or iPad running iOS 15 or later
- Camera access turned on
- A well-lit space with some texture in view (floors, walls, furniture)
Getting Started
- Tap Start Drawing and point the rear camera at the space in front of you.
- Hold your hand up so the camera can see it. A ring follows your index finger.
- Pinch to draw, then open your fingers to lift the pen.
- Use the tool and folder buttons at the top to change brushes and to save, open or delete scenes.
Troubleshooting
- Nothing draws: make sure camera access is on in Settings > Air DrawAR, and keep your whole hand in view.
- Drawing starts too easily or too hard: change Pinch Sensitivity in the ⋯ menu.
- Drawings drift or jump: move somewhere brighter with more texture in view, move slowly, or choose Reset Tracking in the ⋯ menu.
- Snapshots don't save: allow Photos access in Settings > Air DrawAR > Photos.
